SMKS TI Annisa 2 is one of the vocational schools under the auspices of the Annisa Jaya Foundation and the Regional Education Office I of West Java Province.

The implementation of the school curriculum at SMKS TI Annisa 2 is inseparable from the culture that serves as the foundation for character building, especially for students or local wisdom. The characteristics developed at SMKS TI Annisa 2 emphasise the formation of student character and the cultivation of nationalism and the noble values of Pancasila, including:

1. Carrying out the Tadarus of the Qur'an before
2. A culture of politeness and respect among students towards teachers and the entire school community
3. Fostering empathy among students towards every member of the school community who is experiencing difficulties
4. Using deliberative consensus as a medium for discussion, both in the context of learning and in determining policies for the management of education.

Judging from the characteristics that stem from the learning material content, and built based on the uniqueness of the expertise programme offered by SMKS TI Annisa 2, this can be realised in the basic expertise programme subjects that are oriented towards real and actual events in everyday life. The learning process is carried out wholeheartedly/consciously, so that learning is more acceptable to students, with an emphasis on conveying a deep sense of understanding, which is referred to as Learning With the Heart.

The development and implementation of the education unit curriculum is one of the national education development strategies as mandated in Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System.
